Donate $25 or more and receive a special unicorn license and certificate!
To donate to Madeline’s Unicorn Fund, you must check I would like to dedicate this donation and then select Unicorn. This must be done if you wish to receive your unicorn license and certificate. The license and certificate will be sent to the address listed in the “Send notification to” field. If this field is left blank, the items will be sent to the individual listed under Contact Information.
