How We Help
The Foundation supports activities at all seven Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control care centers. Each care center is a fully operational center that serves a geographic region served by the County. There are many wonderful pets to adopt at each of these care centers.
Where We’re Located
Animal care centers are located in Downey, Carson/Gardena, Baldwin Park, Lancaster, Palmdale, Castaic, and Agoura. Each care center is open to the public six days a week, except for federal holidays. Hours of operation are 11:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Saturday. The care centers are closed to the public on Sundays.
