Mark Bennett is a Human Resources executive with a history of proven results driving change, managing/selecting vendors, creating operational efficiencies and optimizing cost across a variety of industries. His primary focus has been on the administration of executive and employee compensation, benefits and wellness programs, but has also led organizational efforts in workforce planning and analytics, process optimization across complex organizations and union negotiations. He has an extensive history of ERISA plan and program regulatory compliance.

Mark graduated with both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. He holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designations. Mark is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, World at Work, the Western Pension and Benefits Conference and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Mark has been a lifetime animal lover and advocate. He grew up in the San Fernando Valley with a variety of pets and now lives in Duarte. He’s adopted a number of dogs from shelters and rescues. Mark has always wanted to “give back” to the community, especially to help unfortunate animals, and is so proud to serve on the Board of the LA County Animal Care Foundation. He provides many hours of volunteer service and contributions to a variety of animal welfare organizations. In addition to his Board work with LACACF, he currently volunteers his time with the Upland Animal Shelter.
